What is the JACKALOPE Montréal 2023 festival?

JACKALOPE Montréal is a three-day festival, from 25 to 27 August, renowned for its unique atmosphere and the quality of the athletes competing in high-adrenaline action sports such as skateboarding and bouldering.

It’s the ultimate gathering of Canada’s action sports communities, bringing together the best athletes and professionals in the featured sports as well as enthusiasts and the curious. This exciting festival features world-class competitions and demonstrations by world-renowned skateboarders and climbers.

As well as the sporting side of things, JACKALOPE has plenty to offer, from shopping in the pop-up shops and enjoying the food trucks to relaxing in the beer garden and enjoying live music with friends and family.

Is admission to the Festival free?

YES ! JACKALOPE is open to the public of all ages and admission is free.

Are VIP passes available?

Yes, you can buy your VIP pass here.

This pass includes:

Access to the VIP area (Shadow/Comfortable seat)
5x alcoholic drinks
Snacks

What can I eat/drink at JACKALOPE?

Food trucks & bars will be available to satisfy your desires throughout the festival. You can bring your lunch/bottle of water.

Where does the JACKALOPE take place and how do I get there?

At the Esplanade of the Olympic Stadium in Montreal. The entrance is located on Pie-IX Boulevard between Sherbrooke and Pierre-De-Coubertin. The nearest metro entrance is Pie-IX metro station. Paid parking ($25 per day) at P1 and P2 or on the street around the Olympic Park.

What can I bring to JACKALOPE?

– One (1) empty plastic or reusable water bottle (water fountains on site)
– Small backpacks and purses (all bags will be searched)
– Sunscreen (except in flammable spray cans)
– Digital cameras (except professional cameras with lenses larger than 2.5″ or any other removable lens)
– Disposable cameras
– Strollers
– Your board
